Harvest: Manually in 15 kgs boxes. October.

Elaboration: Over ripening of the grape on the vine. Pre-fermentative cold maceration (48h – 10 ºC). Separately fermented a low temperature (15 ºC) and interruption of the fermentation by means of cold and filtration.

  • Acidity Total: 6,3 g/L
  • Sugar: 95 g/L
  • Annual Production: 1,000 bot.

Tasting Notes

  • Colour: Beautiful cherry red with violet reflections.
  • Aroma: Intense red fruit aromas (Blueberry jam).
  • Palate: Tasty, with an acidity that gives it freshness and good structure.
  • Gastronomy: Serve between 10 – 12 ºC.
  •  Ideal with chocolate-based desserts. Also as an aperitif.
