The label was designed by Santiago Picatoste, Artist and Sculptor (Palma de Mallorca 1971). The artist from Mallorca was inspired by the island itself for the design and creation of the label for our FERMANÇA wines. The idea is that ATLAS is an islet seen from above, in the middle of the sea and filled with colours that evoke, metaphorically, the shades of features such as the earth, air, wine and the grapes themselves.
Fermança

Giró Ros (74%) and Prensal Blanc (26%)

Tasting notes
- Colour Golden yellow, with greenish shades
- Aroma: Ripe fruit, white flesh fruit (pear, apple) and stone fruit (peach).
- Palate: Rounded, structured, fruity
- Gastronomy: Serve between 8-10ºC. Shellfish paella.
ROSÉ
Merlot (60%) and Callet (40%)
- Alcohol content: 14% vol.
- Acidity: 6 g/L
- Sugar: < 2 g/L
- Annual Production: 1,000 bottles

- Colour Pale pink
- Aroma: Balsamic citrus notes (orange)
- Palate: Fresh, dry, citric.
- Gastronomy: Serve around 8ºC. Bread with oil.
RED
Callet (100%)
- Barrel: 12 months
- Alcohol content: 12.2% vol.
- Acidity: 5.7 g/L
- Sugar: < 0.2 g/L
- Annual Production: 2,000 bottles
Tasting notes
- Colour Cherry red, medium density, ruby reflections.
- Aroma: Complex fruit (callet) with red fruit, notes of Mediterranean herbs.
- Palate: Soft start, smooth tannins, balanced.
- Gastronomy: Serve around 12ºC. Arroz brut, burballes.
